If the machine has a PWM valve for control, use the Calibrate PWM Limits diagnostic test to set the low and high limits based on actual operation of the system. Liquid systems can be based on an acceptable flow or pressure range. Granular systems can be based on an acceptable belt or sensor movement range.
To get to the diagnostic tests for RCM, tap the Diagnostics button. Then tap the Tests tab. Turn off the Master Switch to access the test drop-down list. Select the test from the list, and then tap the Begin button.
Read the warning and take necessary precautions before starting the test. Acknowledge the warning when ready.
Turn on the Master Switch and then tap the Start button. Use the adjustment buttons until you reach the minimum acceptable operation. Then tap the Set Low Limit button. Repeat the process to get to the maximum acceptable operation and then tap the Set High Limit button.
Turn off the Master Switch and then tap the Accept button to exit the test.
