The Spreader/Air Cart Check lets you test the application rate at a given speed without needing to move the machine. With this test, you can see or diagnose things like actual rate versus target rate and overall system performance.
To get to the diagnostic tests for RCM, tap the Diagnostics button. Then tap the Tests tab. Turn off the Master Switch to access the test drop-down list. Select the test from the list, and then tap the Begin button.
Read the warning and take necessary precautions before starting the test. Acknowledge the warning when ready.
If the system is configured with an RPM Assignment, like a spinner on the implement, the RPM product will be disabled for the test. However, you can enable the RPM product if it is needed for testing. Now enter a test speed and rate. Turn on the Master Switch and then tap the Start button. Inspect performance as necessary such as actual rate versus target rate.
Turn off the Master Switch to stop the test.
