The Nozzle Flow Check lets you test the application rate at a given speed without needing to move the machine. With this test, you can see or diagnose things like actual rate versus target rate, worn nozzle bodies or spray tips, and the control valve pressure for the speed and application rate.
To get to the diagnostic tests for RCM, tap the Diagnostics button. Then tap the Tests tab. Turn off the Master Switch to access the test drop-down list. Select the test from the list, and then tap the Begin button.
Read the warning and take necessary precautions before starting the test. Acknowledge the warning when ready.
Enter a test speed and rate. Turn on the Master Switch and then tap the Start button. Now use your section switches to begin spraying. Inspect performance as necessary such as the pressure, nozzle condition, and actual rate versus target rate.
Turn off the Master Switch to stop the test.
