We are sorry to hear that your equipment is not working correctly. Please see some of our quick troubleshooting tips in this FAQ for some guidance. You can also contact our Support Team for email assistance. They will get back to you within 24 hours.
If your equipment definitely needs repair, you can return the equipment to us by first filling out our online RMA form (Return Materials Authorization). We will do what we can to get you up and running as soon as possible!
If using the OBD-II power cable (115-0171-797) with your Raven RTV unit, make sure pin 8 (white wire) has not come loose or is not seated in the connector completely. This wire must have 12 volts keyed/ignition power. This will be especially important if wiring directly.
Select the vehicle icon on the map to verify the Last Reported Date and Time. You can also run a "Current Fleet Status" report to see when the vehicle last reported its location to the Fleet Tracking web site.
Also, check the LED lights on the Tracking hardware to make sure the green and orange LEDs are solid. If they are blinking or never stay solid, please call our Support Team at 800-243-5435.
Populating every reported address may take some time depending on the vehicle travel history and the time you generated the report. Please be patient while all the vehicle address points are calculated and then try re-running the report.
Admin: has full access to all functions of the Fleet Tracking account.
Manager: has access from Fleet Tracking to Raven Devices Info under Administration.
User: has access to Fleet Tracking and Reporting only.
Maintenance/Mechanic: has access to Vehicle Maintenance under Reporting and Maintenance Setup under Management but does not have access to the vehicle map.
Maintenance/Mechanic + Maps: has access to Vehicle Maintenance under Reporting and Maintenance Setup under Management and to the vehicle map.
Viewer: has access to Fleet Tracking only.
API: has access to functions granted through the API agreement.
PIN User: can use the mobile app only to log into a specific vehicle.

Yes you can. Go to GPS Device Info under Administration and download an Excel (CSV) sheet ("piece of paper with a X on it" icon) that lists all your devices. Indicate which devices you would like to suspend and send us the updated Excel (CSV) sheet to our Support Team.
You are allowed to suspend your device(s) for up to 6 months, 1x per calendar year.

**You will need to contact the Support Team when you want to undo the suspension of your equipment.**

Yes you will! If you are not seeing your other Raven equipment, you do need to "turn on" this feature. Select the Puzzle icon at the top or on the right-side panel and check the box to Display Raven Field Computers.

Unfortunately, we are only able to show approved fleet tracking devices. Approved devices would be your other Raven equipment (field hubs, field computers, RS1 systems, etc.).
If you have any previous Razor Tracking equipment, we might be able to add those systems to your Fleet Tracking account.
