You may see a "1" in the upper left corner of the screen when you try to log in because you currently have a Raven Customer Portal account but you do not yet have EDGE Online access. You will need to contact atdtraining@ravenind.com to request access to EDGE Online if this is the case.

If you cannot remember your user ID and/or password, they are the same as your Raven Customer Portal login.

Your user ID is the email address you submitted when you registered for the Raven Customer Portal. If you forgot the email address on file for your account, please use the Feedback form and we will get back to you with your registered email address.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the Forgot Password? link found on the Customer Portal login page.
